1. Telecommunications Technician
* Education: D.IV or D.III in Air Navigation and Telecommunications Engineering (TNU).
* Requirements: Must possess a valid License and Rating.
* Language: TOEIC score of at least 405 (Level 1-Intermediate).
2. Administrative Staff (Software & Network Engineering)
* Education: S.1, D.IV, or D.III in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications/Network concentration).
* Language: TOEFL ITP score of at least 500 (issued in 2026).
3. Administrative Staff (Creative Design & Digital Products)
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Digital Product Design.
* Language: TOEFL ITP score of at least 500 (issued in 2026).
4. Administrative Staff (Accounting)
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Accounting.
* Language: TOEFL ITP score of at least 500 (issued in 2026).

## General Requirements
To ensure a high standard of excellence, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Indonesian citizen (male or female).
* Maximum age of 27 years as of September 1, 2026.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Minimum height: 160 cm for men, 155 cm for women (with ideal body weight).
* No tattoos; no piercings for male candidates.
* Willingness to be stationed in any AirNav Indonesia operational area, particularly in 3T regions (Frontier, Outermost, and Underdeveloped).
* Free from any existing employment contracts (willing to resign from previous positions upon selection).
