## Program Overview: Management Trainee (MT) - Sales Department Operations
Our intensive Management Trainee Program is structured to develop the next generation of corporate leaders. Spanning a rigorous 12-month duration, this initiative provides hands-on, rotational exposure across multiple facets of commercial operations.
Key Program Rotations
