1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable - AR)
Job Responsibilities:
* Confirm customer billings while accurately processing and recording incoming client payments.
* Schedule and coordinate field collection visits for field collectors.
* Review, verify, and cross-examine invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders (POs).
* Organize, file, and systematically maintain all billing-related documentation.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of proven work experience in a relevant financial role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
2. Finance Staff (Accounts Payable - AP)
Job Procedures:
* Receive and perform meticulous inspections of billing documents.
* Analyze, process, and follow up on the completeness of all payment documents.

* Analyze expenditures and budgets associated with ongoing manufacturing operations and projects.
* Generate comprehensive daily reports covering production progress, scheduling, inventory levels, and logistics deliveries.
* Draft internal memoranda regarding upcoming material shipments.
Candidate Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of professional experience as a PPIC staff member, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

4. Admin Quality Control (QC)
