## Current Opening: HRGA Japanese Speaker
We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team in September 2025. This role is essential for bridging communication between local staff and Japanese expatriates while overseeing vital administrative and operational functions.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a multifaceted role, balancing linguistic support with operational oversight:
* Linguistic Support: Provide accurate consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for internal meetings, management reviews, audits, and training sessions. Translate technical documents, SOPs, contracts, and presentations between Japanese and Indonesian/English.
* Administrative & Operational Management: Oversee security and driver management, including scheduling and performance evaluation. Handle the maintenance, usage, and administration of operational company vehicles.
* Expatriate & Facility Support: Manage legal documentation and permits for expatriates, including visas and work permits. Supervise facility maintenance and assist in Industrial Relation tasks.
* Communication Liaison: Document meeting minutes and assist management during plant floor visits to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Key Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: A minimum JLPT N3 certification is required. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese is essential.
* Relevant Experience: Prior experience of at least one year in a similar role is preferred.
* Competencies: Strong understanding of labor laws, TKA (Foreign Worker) permit procedures, and corporate legal documentation.
* Operational Skills: Possession of a valid SIM A driver’s license and the ability to operate a four-wheeled vehicle.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse, cross-cultural professional environment.
## Compensation and Application Details
We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, ranging from IDR 7,600,000 to IDR 10,000,000.
