We are currently recruiting for the following operator roles:
1. Maintenance Operator: Focus on ensuring the operational integrity and longevity of our production machinery.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 22 years old.
* Education Background:
For Maintenance:* Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
For Production:* Vocational High School (SMK) in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, or Accounting.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in university.
* Physical Requirements:
* Minimum height: 165 cm (Male) / 155 cm (Female).
* Must be physically and mentally fit.
* Must not be color blind or require corrective eyewear (glasses).
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrates strong communication skills, excellent behavior, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shift patterns and be flexible regarding placement according to company requirements.
