Position: Field Operator – Pressure Pumping
As a Field Operator within the Pressure Pumping division, you will play a critical role in executing complex projects. This position is integral to our Cementing Recovery plan, focusing on delivering flawless service through rigorous job audits and superior technical execution.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Execution: Conduct daily operations and maintenance of specialized equipment in strict accordance with client specifications.
* Asset Management: Manage tools and equipment, perform pre-mobilization checks, handle load-outs, and ensure all auxiliary equipment is properly maintained and classified as "ready for use."
* Technical Reporting: Record precise technical data, document client instructions, track deviations from specifications, and report any potential losses or equipment damage.
* Safety Compliance: Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety by reporting incidents, near-misses, or unsafe working conditions immediately.
* Infrastructure Support: Perform general maintenance duties to guarantee continuous equipment availability and site efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and the ability to thrive in challenging field environments:
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Pressure Pumping (either land-based or offshore operations).
* Technical Proficiency: Proven experience operating sand control and acidizing equipment of increasing complexity, as well as operational experience with Nitrogen Pumps.
* Mechanical Aptitude: A demonstrated ability to perform mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Flexibility and Mobility: Must be willing and able to work in remote land-based sites, offshore platforms, or mobile vessels.
* Availability: Ability to adapt to a varied work schedule, including availability for a 24-hour call-out system when necessary.
