Production Department
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Excavator (900 – 2000 class), Bulldozer (D155 and D375), Grader (MG825), and Compactor.
* Specialized Machinery: Operator CMT 96/106 and HD785.
* Logistics & Support: Crane Truck Operators (50 Ton and 8 Ton capacity), Fuel Truck Operators, and Fuel Trailer Drivers.
Plant Department
* Mechanical Specialists: Track A2B Mechanics, Wheel A2B Mechanics, and Wheel DT Mechanics.
* Technical Support: Support Mechanics and Hybrid Electric Mechanics.
## General Qualifications
To maintain our standard of excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Residency: Preference is given to candidates residing in East Kalimantan.
2. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
3. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the desired role is required.
4. Mobility: Applicants must be willing to be deployed to any PT BSS project site.
