## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our operations, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
3. Certifications: Candidates must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate.
4. Specialized Requirements: Positions for Lead of Facility & Repair require an active K3 Electrical or K3 Construction certificate.
5. Relocation: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the mining site in South Kalimantan.
