## Open Positions in Deli Serdang

1. Cashier (Finance)
* Prepare daily factory cash reports and conduct daily cash counts.
* Manage sales proceeds and issue official sales receipts.
* Generate comprehensive reports for product sales and "BS" (damaged/returned) goods.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Office Administration with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in cashier operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
2. QC Analyst
* Perform laboratory analysis on production samples and incoming raw materials.
* Document and report analysis results accurately.
* Promptly escalate any deviations or quality issues to management.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and high personal integrity.
3. HRGA Staff
* Ensure smooth daily factory operations regarding human resources.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment (enforcing 5S, OHS, and ISO standards).
* Handle factory licensing and manage the Halal Assurance System.
* Oversee Industrial Relations, General Affairs, and HR administration (attendance, discipline, medical, contracts, and security).
* Foster strong relationships with local authorities and community members.
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Law or Management with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* Open to fresh graduates or those with at least one year of HRGA experience.
* Preference given to candidates with prior manufacturing industry experience.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
* Coordinate analyst schedules and oversee sample testing protocols.
* Ensure all analytical processes comply with standard operating procedures through to product release.
* Monitor and manage the inventory of laboratory reagents and analytical supplies.
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* At least one year of experience in a QC role is preferred.
* Strong understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis processes.
5. PPIC Supervisor
* Develop production plans and determine material requirements.
* Monitor material usage, stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods, and delivery schedules.
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in Industrial Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* 1–2 years of experience in PPIC; supervisory experience is highly valued.
* Exceptional leadership skills and proficiency in Oracle or SAP integrated systems.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
* Analyze and address daily machine downtime reports.
* Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual).
* Evaluate team performance and implement improvements to technical work systems.
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.00.
* 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or utility management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and PLC programming.
