1. Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for managing granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, and soft gel processes. This role ensures that production targets are met regarding quality, quantity, and timelines.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) achievements.
* Execute production processes in accordance with GMP, CPOB, and SOP standards.
* Maintain detailed documentation following Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
* Specific roles include Dispensing, Granulation, Compressing, Coating, Primary Stripping, Packing, Washing, and Laborer operations.
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree.
* No color blindness or contagious diseases.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
* Experience in a pharmaceutical factory or holding an SIO is highly preferred.
2. Semisolid Junior Operator
This role focuses on processing raw materials into semisolid products, specifically handling mixing and filling tasks.
* Key Responsibilities: Prepare production equipment, maintain machinery, and sanitize facilities before and after production cycles.
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK in any major.
3. Semisolid Novice Worker
The Novice Worker is tasked with the packaging of finished goods, ensuring proper sealing and weighing of internal boxes according to established standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Ensure packaging systems are implemented effectively and maintain packaging tools and machinery.
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK with at least one year of experience as a packer in an industrial setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Production Officer
The Production Officer oversees the planning and execution of all production activities, from weighing and granulation to final packaging.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan resources (machinery and manpower) for weekly production goals.
* Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on current CPOB regulations.
* Manage production waste and troubleshoot process deviations.
* Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist license required).
* Minimum one year of experience or fresh graduates with strong potential.
* Deep understanding of CPOB, CPOTB, and GLP standards.
5. Production Engineer
This role involves the technical maintenance and optimization of production machinery to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
