## Current Career Opportunities at ETI
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions:
1. HRD Staff
As an HRD Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal workforce and ensuring smooth human resource operations.
* Open to male and female candidates.
* Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working as an HRD Staff member or HR Administrator.
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel formulas being mandatory.
* Familiarity with BPJS administration, attendance tracking, and employee overtime management will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Available to onboard by early August 2023 at the latest.
2. Cost Control
We need an experienced Cost Control specialist to oversee project financial health, budgeting, and resource allocation for our complex engineering initiatives.
* Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within an EPCI or construction firm acting as an Estimator or Cost Control specialist.
* Proven ability to design comprehensive project cost plans, schedules, and detailed financial reports.
* Proficiency in MS Project is required, while experience using Primavera serves as a strong advantage.
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
* Possess robust analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Willing to be based at our Head Office located in North Jakarta in the near future.
