## General and Position-Specific Qualifications
Candidates must meet the established criteria tailored to each specific professional track:
* Educational Foundation: Applicants must hold a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant academic discipline.
* For Position 1 (Senior Game Industry Programmer):
* Proven proficiency utilizing GIT version control tools.
* Strong mastery of core web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* For Positions 3, 4, and 5 (Sales Trading, QC Inspector, Senior Piping Engineer):
* A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience in a comparable role within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* For Positions 6 and 7 (Electrical and Instrument Engineers):
* At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience within the EPC or Oil and Gas sectors.
* For Position 2 (Smelter Plant Project Manager):
* A minimum of 10 extensive years of working experience specifically within the mining industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of industry-standard software relevant to the applied position.
* Availability: Candidates must possess the availability to join the company promptly, preferably within a notice period of less than one month.
