The Management Trainee (MT) program is specifically designed to cultivate the next generation of company leaders. 1. MT – Finance & Accounting (FAA)
We are seeking analytical minds capable of managing the financial health of our large-scale operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting (max. age 24) or Master’s (S2) in Accounting (max. age 26).
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong logical reasoning, and advanced analytical capabilities.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership qualities, decisiveness, and excellent communication skills.
* Attributes: Active in organizational activities and fully willing to be assigned to any of our branches across Indonesia.
2. MT – Sales (SALES)
This track is designed for proactive individuals who thrive on building relationships and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) in any field (Marketing majors are highly preferred).
* Age: Maximum 26 years old.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Sales.
* Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, creative problem-solving, and persuasive communication.
* Attributes: Proactive, active in extracurricular organizations, and possessing a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
