Available Positions
1. Business Strategy Specialist
This role is pivotal in driving GMF’s long-term vision. You will act as a strategic partner, translating corporate goals into actionable plans and driving growth through data-driven insights.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or M&A. Proficiency in business intelligence and strategic planning is highly valued.
2. Corporate Communications Specialist
You will be the voice of our organization, managing corporate image, stakeholder engagement, and CSR initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Public Relations. Minimum 3 years of experience. You must possess excellent storytelling skills and the ability to maintain strong media relations in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
3. Aircraft Technician
Technicians are the backbone of our safety operations, performing critical inspections and repairs to ensure the continued airworthiness of our fleet.
* Requirements: Diploma 3 (D3) degree. Candidates must hold at least two A-ratings (A1, A2, or A4) or three C-ratings (C1, C2, or C4) and be willing to work at our headquarters or outstation sites.
4. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)
As an AME, you will certify maintenance tasks and provide technical supervision to ensure global standards are met.
* Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the MRO industry. Must hold a valid AMEL license with at least one relevant aircraft type rating (e.g., A320, B737, B777).
5. IT Auditor

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Audit or risk management. Certifications like CISA or CISSP are highly encouraged.
