## Job Vacancy Overview: WWTP & WTP Operator
The company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of WWTP & WTP Operator. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the facility's environmental standards and utility operations, ensuring that the manufacturing ecosystem runs sustainably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As an operator, your day-to-day duties will be both hands-on and analytical. You will be expected to manage several vital tasks:
* System Management: Seamlessly operate and continuously monitor the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) installations to guarantee peak performance.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular, thorough check-ups on machinery, pumps, storage tanks, and all supporting utility infrastructure.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that the treated water output strictly complies with both internal corporate benchmarks and external environmental regulations.
* Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record operational parameters and compile comprehensive daily reports.
* Chemical Management: Handle and administer chemical dosing precisely according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain pristine hygiene standards across the workspace and execute minor preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate swiftly and effectively with the Maintenance department whenever system anomalies or technical disruptions occur.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet specific educational and technical criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or diploma (D3) degree majoring in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a WWTP or WTP operator within a manufacturing environment. (Note: Highly motivated fresh graduates with strong theoretical knowledge of water treatment processes are also encouraged to apply.)*
* Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of clean water processing (WTP) and wastewater management (WWTP).
* Operational Skills: Proficiency in checking water quality parameters as well as operating pumps, filtration systems, dosing pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
