We are seeking dedicated, qualified individuals to fill various roles across our head office in Jakarta and our mining sites in Kalimantan.
Engineering & Management Roles
* Superintendent SCM: Responsible for end-to-end supply chain logistics, procurement, and material distribution to maintain seamless mining operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
* Superintendent Finance: Oversees financial reporting and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with strong expertise in financial software and mining regulations.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Manages project budgets and operational funding. Must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and possess Brevet A&B certification.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Leads short and long-term mine planning using advanced software like Surpac or MineSight. Requires a Mining Engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Supervisor SHE: Manages all safety, health, and environmental policies. Candidates must be certified in POP, SMKP, and General K3 with at least 3 years of safety management experience.
* Maintenance Planner: Organizes equipment scheduling and maintenance workflows. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of planning experience in the mining industry.
Operational & Field Roles
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Supports daily financial administrative activities. Requires a D3 in Finance or Accounting and 2 years of experience.
* Foreman Production: Supervise daily production targets, safety protocols, and team performance.
* Foreman Fuel: Manages fuel distribution and inventory control across the mining site.
* Mechanic A2B/DT: Executes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heavy equipment such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Hino units.
* Auto Electrician: Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems for heavy machinery and dump trucks.
* Tyreman: Manages the inspection and maintenance of industrial tires to ensure site safety.
* Dispatch: Coordinates logistics and real-time movement tracking for material transportation.
* Surveyor: Conducts topographic mapping and field measurements for land development.
* Welder: Performs high-quality structural repairs using specialized welding techniques (SMAW 3G+).
Heavy Equipment Operator Roles
We are hiring experienced operators for our Kalimantan sites. All candidates must possess a valid SIM B2/B2 General license. SIO certification is highly preferred.
* Driver Manhaul: Professional operation of employee transport buses.
* Excavator Operator: Experienced with small (20-50 ton) and large (80 ton) units.
* Grader, Dozer, & Compactor Operators: Skilled in road maintenance and land preparation.
* LGMG/SKT (Wheel Loader) Operators.
* Dump Truck & ADT Operators: Focused on efficient material hauling.
* Specialized Support Operators: Including Water Truck, Fuel Truck, and Lube Truck operators.
