## Job Role: Quality Control Operator
We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Operator to join our production floor. In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding our reputation for superior quality by monitoring every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure our products consistently meet rigorous international standards, your daily duties will include:
* Conducting thorough quality inspections of incoming raw materials, ongoing production processes, and final finished goods.
* Verifying that all manufactured items strictly adhere to company quality parameters.
* Operating specialized measuring instruments and inspection tools in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
* Documenting and accurately reporting all inspection findings to the relevant supervisors.
* Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working environment within the designated inspection area.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate dedication, precision, and a proactive attitude. You should meet the following minimum qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Quality Control Operator, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
* Personal Traits: Highly meticulous, disciplined, and deeply responsible.
* Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
* Availability: Willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
