Job Responsibilities
As an Operator for DCS Stock Preparation, your daily contributions will directly impact production efficiency and operational stability. Key duties include:
* Operating and continuously monitoring the Stock Preparation process utilizing the Distributed Control System (DCS).
* Regulating critical process parameters to guarantee seamless and stable production cycles.
* Tracking machinery and equipment performance to detect any anomalies or irregularities early.
* Executing preliminary troubleshooting procedures and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments.
* Maintaining strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), stringent quality guidelines, and comprehensive safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an operator within a manufacturing or process industry setting (background in pulp and paper manufacturing is strongly preferred).
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proven expertise in DCS operation and industrial production monitoring.
