1. Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer
* Job Scope: Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that power our manufacturing operations. You will write clean, extensible code, implement new technologies, and troubleshoot existing functionalities.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language (C#, NodeJS, Python, Go-Lang, or Java). Experience with Git, VSTS, or TFS is required.
2. Parts Production Engineering and Control Staff
* Job Scope: Enhance component quality by monitoring defects, resolving supplier issues, and ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets are met. You will also support Kaizen initiatives and material management.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must have an active command of English and be proficient in QC 7 Tools.
3. Health Staff
* Job Scope: Manage employee medical records, oversee health insurance administration (BPJS), and coordinate with healthcare partners. You will also monitor workplace health trends and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
