We are looking for dedicated talent to fill vital roles at our site in Southeast Sulawesi. Please review the requirements for the positions currently available:
1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
This leadership role is essential for the logistical backbone of our mining operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the construction of hauling roads to ensure site efficiency.
* Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of hauling road construction techniques.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Willingness to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
2. Personnel Officer
Our Human Resources team is the foundation of our workforce. We are looking for an organized individual to manage essential personnel data.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing employee records, attendance systems, and social security administration (BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
* Requirements:
* Relevant prior experience.
* Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
