Candidate Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the selection process:
* Educational Background: Must hold a minimum of a D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Program Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to complete a comprehensive 6-month training program.
* Service Agreement: Selected participants must be willing to commit to a 2-year service bond with the company.
* Deployment: Must be willing to be stationed at our operational sites in East Kalimantan or West Kalimantan.
