## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As our new Multimedia Officer, you will serve as the chief storyteller for our brand. Your day-to-day duties will require a blend of technical mastery, artistic vision, and strategic thinking.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Visual Documentation: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of all corporate events, milestones, and internal activities.
* End-to-End Content Production: Manage the entire multimedia lifecycle—from conceptualization and shooting to video editing and cross-platform publishing.
* Asset Creation: Design engaging graphics, animations, videos, and other digital assets that strictly align with our corporate brand identity.
* Digital Optimization: Format and optimize all multimedia assets for seamless viewing across various digital channels and devices.
* Website Administration: Oversee corporate website management, ensuring regular content updates and optimal technical performance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments to ensure our corporate messaging is delivered clearly and effectively.
* Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging media trends, audience preferences, and innovative storytelling techniques.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all published materials reflect professionalism and excellence.
* Equipment Stewardship: Take full responsibility for the maintenance, care, and inventory of all company multimedia gear and hardware.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma Three (D3) degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Creative Multimedia, Communication Science, Multimedia, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience in a multimedia, creative, or digital content role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of photography and videography techniques, alongside expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, video editing (reels, teasers, bumpers, recaps), and photo editing.
* Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard multimedia design and editing software.
