Ideal Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other related technical fields.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Age Range: Candidates should be between 22 and 27 years old.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at various mine sites and project locations in Kalimantan.
Technical Competencies and Analytical Skills
The Fuel & Logistics role requires a high level of proficiency in data management and operational monitoring. Successful candidates must demonstrate:
1. Analytical Capability: Strong ability to monitor fuel consumption and stock levels effectively.
2. Microsoft Excel Mastery: Advanced skills including the use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, COUNTIFS, and the creation of simple data dashboards.
3. Digital Proficiency: General fluency in the Microsoft Office suite to facilitate seamless communication and reporting.
