## Current Open Positions
1. Finance Accounting Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Based in South Jakarta, this role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our headquarters.
* Manage VAT and income tax reporting and reconciliation.
* Record inbound and outbound funds using the Accurate accounting system.
* Oversee petty cash management, reimbursement claims, and bank reconciliations.
* Process vendor payments and monitor purchase orders.
* Calculate throughput, discharge, and overtime figures for tenants.
* Prepare weekly cash flow reports and tenant invoicing.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar finance role.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and financial journaling software.
* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, and Final).
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
2. Terminal Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, this position is crucial for the safe and efficient handling of fuel products.
* Execute loading and unloading of products for trucks and vessels following safety protocols.
* Manage Daily Inventory Reports and document verification with tenants.
* Operate terminal equipment, including pumps and related machinery.
* Perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure.
* Maintain workplace safety standards and prepare HSE reports.
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering fields.
* At least 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or oil and gas mining.
* Must be willing to work in rotating shifts.

3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
We are looking for a dedicated safety leader to oversee our holding group’s health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (K3) documentation.
* Monitor compliance with internal regulations and government standards.
* Design safety procedures and environmental impact mitigation plans.
* Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and oversee contractor safety compliance.
* Degree in Public Health (K3 concentration) or relevant Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial or senior HSE capacity.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate across various departments.
* Deep knowledge of safety procedures and performance evaluation methodologies.
4. Maintenance Technician (Code: Mechanical MTC)
Based in Samarinda, this role ensures the reliability of our critical technical assets.
* Plan and execute periodic maintenance on terminal assets.
* Analyze equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
* Coordinate equipment re-calibration and official certifications.
* Collaborate with HSE and Operations teams to prevent maintenance-related incidents.
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience in terminal maintenance, oil and gas, or heavy mining sectors.
