## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Candidates for roles 1, 3, and 7 must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
* Candidates for roles 2, 4, and 6 must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Candidates for role 5 must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a similar role is required.
* Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is highly preferred, as it facilitates effective communication within our global operations.
* Location: All selected candidates will be based at our industrial facility in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
