## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this technical role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Installation Engineering, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
* Work Experience: Prior hands-on experience of at least 1 year working as an engineer or in a similar technical maintenance role is preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and process flow diagrams.
* Specialized Skills: Strong working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, industrial electrical systems, and modern manufacturing machinery.
