Operational and Emergency Roles
* Emergency Response Team (ERT): Ideal for candidates aged 18+ with a minimum height of 163 cm (ideal weight). Candidates must hold a high school diploma and possess prior experience in rescue operations, fire brigades, or emergency handling. Discipline and teamwork are essential requirements.
Group Leader – Production: Seeking a safety-oriented leader to manage daily overburden removal and coal getting operations. Requires a high school diploma and at least 2–3 years of experience as a foreman. A valid Pengawas Operasional Pertama* (POP) certification is mandatory.
* Instructor – Plant: Focused on developing technical training modules for mechanics. Applicants should have a high school or diploma degree in Mechanical/Heavy Equipment Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and a Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) certification.
Administrative and Technical Support
* Admin Support General Services: Responsible for documentation, data management, and administrative reports. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational skills.
* Group Leader – SHE: Tasked with monitoring health, safety, and environmental compliance. A Diploma (D3) in Mining Engineering or Occupational Safety is preferred, along with 2 years of field experience and familiarity with HIRADC/JSA principles.
* Officer – General Affair: Managing company assets and operational utilities. Requires a Diploma (D3) and 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the mining or EPC sectors.
* Officer – Data Analyst: Focused on generating data-driven insights. Requires a D3 in Statistics, Mathematics, or Informatics, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or advanced Excel usage.
Information Technology Roles (Jakarta-Based)
* IT System Analyst: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and demonstrate a clear understanding of IT governance and application management.
* IT Infrastructure, Network & Communication: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience managing network security, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure.
