1. Finished Goods Warehouse Section Head (Kasie Gudang Barang Jadi)
This role is essential for managing the seamless flow of our finished products. The ideal candidate will ensure that our inventory systems remain efficient and accurate.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the bottled water or beverage industry.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in FIFO (First In, First Out) management and comprehensive understanding of finished goods warehouse workflows.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, independent, honest, and highly communicative.
2. Production Section Head (Kasie Produksi)
We require a results-driven professional to oversee our manufacturing floor, ensuring that our production targets are met without compromising our rigorous quality standards.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a production leader in an FMCG manufacturing environment (bottled water industry experience is a significant advantage).
* Technical Skills: Expertise in production process management, scheduling, quality control, and output optimization.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability in team management, complex problem-solving, and target-oriented work ethics.
3. Operational Administrator
The Operational Administrator plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy of our daily documentation and administrative processes to ensure operational smoothness.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
