1. Operational Administrator (Location: Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi)
This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that data flow and documentation remain seamless.
* Education: Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Key Skills: Proficient in managing and tracing delivery orders (surat jalan), data entry into internal systems, comprehensive reporting, and document archiving.
* Technical Proficiency: High competency in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to excel both independently and in a team environment.
2. Service Advisor (Location: Makassar)
The Service Advisor ensures our fleet remains in peak condition by bridging the gap between vehicle maintenance needs and technical execution.
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with a preference for Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Service Advisor capacity.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), vehicle components, and part catalogs.
* Core Responsibilities: Oversight of repair processes, final quality checks, and management of work orders (SPK) and daily repair reports.
