## Job Description: Production Operator
As a Production Operator at PT Sekar Bumi Tbk, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our production machinery, directly contributing to the delivery of world-class frozen food products to our global consumer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery, with a specific focus on thermoforming equipment.
* Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
* Perform routine equipment checks and report any technical malfunctions immediately.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent), with a strong preference for candidates graduating from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering majors.
* Experience: Proven hands-on experience in operating production machinery, particularly thermoforming equipment.
* Competencies: Ability to comprehend complex work instructions and a deep understanding of industrial safety regulations.
* Work Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
* Work Location: Placement will be at the Millennium Industrial Estate in Cikupa.
