## Candidate Requirements

* Professional Experience: At least one year of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, or a related professional capacity.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles, taxation, transaction journaling, and reconciliation workflows.
* Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to consistently meet operational targets.

* Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Tuban, East Java.
