## Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a reputable local or international university.
2. Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
3. Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and early-career professionals.
4. Leadership & Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a track record of active organizational involvement, and effective leadership capabilities.
5. Language Proficiency: Possess a high level of competency in English communication.
6. Flexibility: Willing to be assigned to any Smartfren operational location throughout Indonesia.
7. Age Constraints: Maximum age of 24 years old for S1 candidates and 26 years old for S2 candidates.
