We are currently expanding our logistics and administrative team and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Staff Admin Shipment at our Cikarang facility.
## Role Overview and Key Requirements
As a Shipment Admin Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our distribution workflow. We are looking for an individual who possesses strong technical capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. You must be highly skilled in utilizing complex functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management tools.
* Administrative Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a highly organized approach to daily administrative tasks.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a larger team.
* Adaptability: Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage logistics-related information flow.
* Availability: A willingness to work according to our operational schedule, which may include weekend shifts when necessary. The role operates on a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the KITIC industrial area in Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi Regency.
* Immediate Start: Preference will be given to applicants who are available to join our team immediately.
