1. Sales & Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
* Design and execute robust marketing strategies aligned with corporate business objectives.
* Generate, cultivate, and manage a high-quality database of prospective clients.
* Formulate tailored product proposals and deliver impactful presentations to prospective buyers.
* Actively market and sell company products through direct engagement and client meetings.
* Collaborate closely with team members to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
* Conduct consistent client follow-ups and lead negotiations to secure contracts.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 (degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are a distinct advantage).
* At least 2 years of professional marketing experience within the elevator industry, luxury automotive sector, premium real estate, or related high-end markets.
* Excellent physical and mental health, with a polished, professional, and confident personal presentation.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in an Engineering discipline, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Fresh graduates who meet our technical aptitude criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.
* At least 1 year of hands-on working experience as an Elevator Technician.
* Comprehensive understanding of elevator installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
* Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (KHS/K3) standards in the workplace.
* Highly disciplined, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or within a team.
* Willingness to work in the field and travel to various customer project sites.
* Deep familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to read wiring diagrams or schematics is a significant plus.

* Active university students who have completed coursework (finishing thesis) or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
* Highly familiar with short-form video trends on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
* Proficient in video editing software including CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
* Skilled in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
* Willing to work under a flexible hybrid model (3 days Work From Office/WFO and 2 days Work From Home/WFH).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Videography & Editing: Execute professional video shoots and edit footage according to established scripts for social media channels.
* Brainstorming & Collaboration: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with our Content Planner.
* File & Asset Management: Organize, archive, and manage digital video assets systematically.
