## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team continues to thrive, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate both technical proficiency and a strong work ethic. Please review the specific qualifications required for these positions:
Educational Background
* Industrial Engineering (Position 2): Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Shipping & HR Roles (Positions 1 & 3): Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Law, Management, or related fields.
* Pattern Maker (Position 4): Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
Core Competencies & Skills
* Professional Proficiency: Experience in a similar role is required for HR and Pattern Maker positions.
* Technical Literacy: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is essential for IE and HR roles.
* Legal Knowledge: A solid understanding of Indonesian Employment Law is mandatory for the People & Culture Officer role.
* Communication: A functional grasp of the English language is required across all positions.
* Soft Skills: Candidates must be disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of functioning effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
