## Candidate Requirements
To ensure operational excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* For Production Control and Logistics positions: Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
* For Quality Control positions: Applicants must hold a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: All candidates must demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, paired with a proactive initiative and a genuine desire to learn.
* Communication: Exceptional communication skills and English proficiency are mandatory for all roles.
* Operational Readiness: Candidates must be available to commence work immediately. Additionally, those applying for the Quality Control position must be comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
