## Position Overview: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, you will act as the final line of defense for software excellence. * Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 dedicated years working in software quality assurance, demonstrating hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
* Production-Grade Testing: Proven, verifiable track record of successfully designing and executing complex integration tests as well as rigorous load and performance evaluations on live, production-grade environments.
* Diverse Application Scope: Comprehensive background in testing web platforms, mobile applications, and interconnected API architectures across multi-system ecosystems.
* Analytical Rigor: Exceptional analytical capabilities coupled with keen attention to detail, enabling you to draft comprehensive bug reports, test plans, and precise technical documentation.

## Comprehensive Technical Skill Set
Our tech stack requires a versatile engineer who is comfortable bridging traditional manual validation with cutting-edge automated testing frameworks. Ideal candidates will possess proficiency across the following domains:
* Manual Testing Mastery: Expertise in drafting strategic test plans, creating precise test case designs, executing exploratory and regression cycles, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Web UI Automation: Practical experience utilizing modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or comparable tools.
* API Validation & Automation: Deep familiarity with tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar solutions for endpoint verification.
* Multi-System Integration: Proven capability in testing data flows across complex enterprise landscapes (e.g., Point of Sale systems, ERP platforms, Warehouse Management Systems, and external third-party APIs).
* Performance & Load Engineering: Hands-on experience with k6, JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or equivalent tools, including the ability to identify system bottlenecks and interpret critical performance metrics like response times, throughput, error rates, and p95/p99 percentiles.
* Database Proficiency: Solid command of SQL to execute rigorous data validation and prepare complex test datasets.
* CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Experience embedding automated test suites into continuous integration pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
* Management & Infrastructure Tools: Proficiency in defect and test case management software (Jira, TestRail), version control via Git, alongside foundational knowledge of Linux and Docker for isolated test environment configurations.
