## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Professional Background: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Supervisor within the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors; OR at least 2 years of experience serving in an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager capacity.
* Educational Attainment: Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from an accredited university in any discipline.
* Character and Competencies: Demonstrated target-driven mindset, uncompromising personal integrity, and exceptional leadership qualities.
* Mobility and Documentation: Flexibility regarding nationwide deployment and possession of a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A).
