## Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our supply chain operations. Key duties include:
* Inventory Management: Inputting and updating incoming and outgoing stock data with high precision.
* Documentation and Reporting: Preparing and maintaining comprehensive warehouse reports and shipping documentation.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensuring all activities adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, quality standards, and GMP regulations.
* Operational Coordination: Collaborating seamlessly with internal departments to streamline workflows.
* System Proficiency: Utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, to monitor stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
* Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records for all warehouse operations to ensure full audit readiness.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong background in pharmaceutical logistics and a commitment to operational excellence. We require the following:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of supply chain and warehouse dynamics.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in material handling procedures, including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping, specifically within the GMP/CPOB (BPOM) framework.
* Familiarity with standard equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and regulatory documentation.
* Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
