To support our continued growth and operational excellence, we are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team through the Supervisor Development Program (SVDP).
## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
As an SVDP participant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Production Oversight: Monitoring and controlling production output throughout your shift to ensure all targets are met according to the master schedule.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and conducting root cause analysis regarding production volume, defects, and material waste.
* Operational Excellence: Directing, monitoring, and implementing strict safety protocols and 5S (5R) workplace organizational activities to ensure a high-performing environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated professionals who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities within a high-volume manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a production environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership potential and clear, effective communication skills.
* Logistics & Flexibility: Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Tangerang and must be fully prepared to work in a rotating shift system.
