## Available Career Openings
1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
We are looking for an organized professional to bridge communication and manage essential documentation within our production division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the collection, organization, and secure storage of production division documents.
* Provide essential support for internal and external compliance audits.
* Maintain document lifecycle by identifying and disposing of obsolete records.
* Facilitate translation services between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proficiency in Japanese, evidenced by a minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Solid understanding of administrative control and document management.
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
* Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting rigorous deadlines.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We are seeking dedicated Quality Staff members to ensure our components meet the highest global standards through meticulous inspection and continuous improvement.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute dimensional inspections utilizing precision measurement instruments.
* Conduct routine in-process and final product verifications to confirm adherence to customer specifications.
* Analyze and document measurement data to support trend identification and process optimization.
* Manage non-conforming (NG) product verification and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
* Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams to resolve quality concerns proactively.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
* Technical proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other standard measurement tools.
