## Role Overview
As a Project Admin, you will serve as the backbone of our operational workflow. You will be responsible for maintaining organizational excellence, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that our solar projects are documented, tracked, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Data and Documentation: Oversee the collection, organization, and management of all project-related data.
* Reporting: Prepare accurate project documentation, Meeting of Minutes (MOM), and comprehensive financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for external parties, scheduling meetings and maintaining professional relationships.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones and material logistics to ensure that all deliverables align with contractual requirements.
* Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal departments to address project-specific needs and ensure seamless documentation flow.
