## Join Our Frontline Team: Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated candidates to serve as the face of our institution. These positions are ideal for professionals who value high-quality service, efficiency, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career in a fast-paced environment.
1. Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service representative, you will act as a primary advisor to our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your core duties include:
* Client Advisory: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
* Account Management: Processing new account openings, account closures, facility updates, and data modifications.
* Relationship Building: Proactively cross-selling products and services while maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries.
* Service Excellence: Serving as the first point of contact for resolving complaints and providing accurate, up-to-date information regarding bank policies and account activities.
* Administrative Support: Handling manual journals for transactions and facilitating requests for bank statements, checkbooks, and clearing documents.
2. Teller
The Teller role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity and security of our branches. Your key responsibilities will involve:
* Operational Execution: Processing daily Front Office transactions in strict accordance with Sharia banking regulations.
* Cash Management: Managing cash box limits, ensuring accurate end-of-day balancing, and resolving any discrepancies immediately.
* Transaction Reliability: Managing technical issues such as Communication Time Out (CTO) or offline transaction logs.
* Integrated Sales: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products to walk-in clients.
* General Support: Assisting with various front-office administrative tasks to ensure seamless branch operations.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these positions, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal proficiency. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative or Teller within the banking industry; preference is given to those who have completed the BCA Magang Bakti* program.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.
* Sales Competency: A proven ability to perform cross-selling tasks effectively.
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any of our branches located in Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
