1. SCM Administrator (Admin SCM)
As an SCM Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of supply chain operations, ensuring seamless document management, and supporting vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, sort, and manage delivery orders and transport invoices efficiently.
* Input and process logistical data utilizing Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
* Verify and validate transport invoice data to guarantee absolute accuracy.

* Inspect post-packing product placement areas, calculate packing totals, and generate Production Result Handover Forms.
* Update First-In, First-Out (FIFO) tracking for products designated for loading and generate Transfer Order Slips.
* Coordinate effectively with Foremen, Loading Checkers, and Forklift Operators during active loading sequences.
* Inspect fumigated goods and process subsequent fumigation orders.
* Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team with payload verification for upcoming loading schedules and manage rejected items from the loading floor.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the warehouse and residual loading zones.
Candidate Qualifications:
