## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the palm oil industry and eager to grow within a professional, fast-paced environment. To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in relevant fields:
* Accounting: For Finance/Admin roles.
* Agronomy / Agriculture / Plant Protection / Soil Science / Environmental Conservation: For R&D and Agronomy roles.
* Management / Human Resource Management / Education / Educational Technology: For Training and Management roles.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Health: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health, including a non-color-blind status.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional Integrity: Must not be currently bound by any service agreements with other institutions or companies.
* Commitment: Willingness to enter a service bond period of 3 years and 6 months, and readiness to be stationed at our plantation sites in South or Central Kalimantan.
