## Job Description: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role on the factory floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete product filling and packaging workflow from start to finish.
* Prepare, inspect, and maintain essential production equipment, including pumps, storage tanks, and labeling systems.
* Accurately calculate output volumes during the filling stage and verify strict compliance with Quality Control (QC) standards for both quality and quantity.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK) with a major in Science (IPA) or Engineering/Technical studies.
* Residency: Local candidates residing in the Bekasi area are strongly preferred.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on production experience will be given priority.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional team player with a proactive attitude toward workplace safety regulations and protocols.
* Technical Competencies:
