## Program Overview: The Graduate Trainee Experience
Our Graduate Trainee program is a comprehensive 24-month, full-time journey designed to cultivate future leaders within the chemical and personal care industries. Trainees will rotate through key departments—including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales—to gain a holistic understanding of our operations.
Core Responsibilities
Regardless of your chosen track, you will be expected to:
* Cross-Functional Learning: Participate in departmental rotations to understand how R&T findings translate into commercial success.
* Technical Mastery: Acquire deep knowledge of the chemistry and technology behind modern personal care and cosmetic products from regional experts.
* Market Insight: Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and the nuances of the personal care ingredient sector.
* Project Collaboration: Work alongside diverse, cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
* Business Integration: Help bridge the gap between technical innovation and business-relevant applications.
* Professional Support: Assist in marketing initiatives, including seminars, industry exhibitions, and promotional campaigns, while providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
## Position Requirements
To be considered for the Graduate Trainee position, candidates must demonstrate academic excellence and a proactive, professional mindset.
Educational Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
* Minimum GPA requirements: 3.20 for Bachelor’s degree holders and 3.50 for Master’s degree holders (based on a 4.00 scale).
Essential Competencies and Skills
* Passion for R&D: A genuine interest in research and a willingness to thrive in a laboratory-based environment.
