Program Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one year of work experience.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at our operational sites in West Kalimantan.
* Status: Must not be currently enrolled in any academic or postgraduate program.
* Leadership: Proven history of leadership involvement in campus organizations or community initiatives.
## Program Structure and Development
