1. Engineering Department
This division focuses on long-term planning and technical accuracy. Open positions include:
* Mine Plan Section Head
* Mine Plan Group Leader
* Survey Group Leader
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Head; 2 years for Group Leader roles.
* Mandatory POP certification; JUT certification required for Survey Group Leader.
* Proven expertise in system development and data analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized mining software.
2. Plant Department
Focusing on the maintenance and technical development of heavy machinery and infrastructure, the following roles are available:
* Site Technical Development Group Leader
* Plant Instructor
* Track Group Leader
* Wheel Group Leader
* Tyre Group Leader
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Mandatory POP certification; TOT and Assessor certifications are required for Plant Instructor.
* Strong analytical capabilities and computer literacy.
3. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Department

* SHE Mining & Operational Control Section Head
* SHE System Evaluation Training Section Head

* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related studies.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Heads; 1 year for Group Leaders.
* Must hold active POP, ISMKP, and AK3U certifications.
