## Specialized Engineering and Technical Opportunities
Our technical operations are the heart of our mission. We are looking for experts who can optimize performance, ensure safety, and push the boundaries of geothermal energy technology.
Production Engineer: Focused on capacity evaluation, well performance monitoring, and production forecasting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Geological, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 2+ years of geothermal industry experience.*
Reservoir Engineer: Responsible for reservoir modeling, well testing, and strategic production planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering/Physics or Master’s in Geothermal Engineering with 3+ years of experience.*
Geochemist: Manages geochemical exploration, fluid analysis, and scaling/corrosion monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry with 3+ years of related experience.*
Instrument & Control Engineer: Oversees design, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Physics/Instrumentation Engineering with 3+ years of geothermal instrumentation experience.*
Mechanical Engineer: Handles mechanical design, QA/QC, and rotating equipment maintenance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in geothermal projects.*
Analyst: Performs essential fluid sampling and laboratory chemical analysis. Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Chemistry or Chemical Analysis (Fresh graduates are welcome).*
